RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

WE WILL ACCEPT ALL GOODS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1- Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled in their original packaging. To avoid soiling your shoes when trying them on for the first time, use a clean and soft surface.

2- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded except in the case of faulty manufacturing.
